Please pardon this commercial message, but I just had to let you know about one of the neatest local businesses in town; one that has served to help boost sales for Tarpon area tourism-driven businesses for the past few years.
Tarpon Fun Maps is moving into its fourth year as a very useful tool for visitors and locals alike. (Hey, I use the Fun Map to keep track all the new businesses moving to our area). You may have seen them clutched in the hands of tourists young and old as they follow the detailed custom drawings along the Docks, Downtown and surrounding shopping areas.
Sure, some may use their smartphones to navigate through our historic community, but the Tarpon Fun Map is truly a work of art that combines the landscape, historic elements, interesting points of interest and, of course, the best places in town to eat, drink and shop.
