I have been practicing massage therapy for the past 8 years and a certified yoga teacher for the past 3 years.

Owner/operator of the recently launched Namaste' Yoga & Massage located at 39324 US Hwy 19 N in Tarpon Springs.

I am very passionate about the course my life has taken, helping people heal, both physically and emotionally and encouraging them to become aware of their inner selves.

I moved to Tarpon Springs in August of 2012 and feel blessed to have become a part of this wonderful community.

The word "Namaste'" in Sanskrit translates to:

I recognize the light within you, as it is the same light within me, which makes us one.
